What to Send
Bidding your project
If you have drawings, email them with the address and your target opening date. If you don't have drawings yet, that's fine — call us and we'll walk the space with you and scope it together.
Useful to include if you have it:
- Plans or a landlord-provided floor plan
- Square footage and suite condition
- Target start and opening dates
- Lease or landlord buildout requirements
We'll come back with a written proposal — full scope, every trade included, with a schedule attached.
